Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were fabulous with great views over the valley, beautiful, clean, and huge with a superking bed and lovely linen. The only downside was that my room didn't have a view, but I did get an enclosed terrace with a hot tub. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very knowledgeable about the area, providing detailed instructions on hiking trails, and genuinely caring about my experience. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views over the hills and countryside, yet only a short drive to Parma. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a vast selection of fresh choices. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly memorable.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, providing a peaceful environment without any noise disruptions. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is stunning, overlooking the town and surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks, offering a delightful experience. The dining was fantastic, with a wide selection of local delights. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fabulous with great views over the valley, traditional with marble bathrooms, and incredibly quiet with shutters and blackout curtains. The service was top-notch, with staff who were very knowledgeable about the area and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was simply idyllic, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains with stunning views, yet just a short drive to Palma. The dining experience was a delight, offering a beautiful spread of local products. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The charming rooms featured lovely mountain views and a big bathroom for a touch of luxury. The service provided by the caring staff was exceptional, handling everything with good cheer and skill. The location, though a bit far from the hustle of Palma, was serene and beautiful. The dining experience was addictive, although a bit lacking in some fresh fruit options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.
The hotel offers amazing rooms with marble bathrooms large enough to throw a cocktail party and hugely comfortable beds. The pool service by the function room was impressive, but the lack of towels by the pool was a downside.
Walking into our suite was a shock in the best way possible, with breathtaking views over the pool and valley. The service was impeccable, especially from our kind maid Gnalen. The location, once a noble Finca, is truly exceptional and easily accessible from the airport. Dining in the Gazebo was a royal experience, although slightly overpriced. The facilities were top-notch, with beautifully restored public spaces and comfortable rooms.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were over the top beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, making it an outstanding experience. However, the only downside was that our rooms were not cleaned before 2:30 pm, which was a bit late.
I couldn't believe my luck with the amazing rooms overlooking the mountains; having my own private pool, patio, and hot tub made my stay so special. The marble bathroom was huge, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired despite the breathtaking views.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were stunning with incredible views, and there was enough space to play hide and seek! While the design could have been better thought out, the Presidential Suite was simply incredible. I slept in the most comfortable bed ever, making my nights truly restful and refreshing.
